Customer Relations Specialist

The position is available in our Sibiu office in Romania.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • the completion of a university degree;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; other foreign languages are considered a plus;
  • fast and correct typing skills;
  • the ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to their needs, and solicit feedback to improve service;
  • the ability to analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions.

Public Relations Specialist

The position is available in our Sibiu office in Romania.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • minimum two years of experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, or journalism;
  • skills needed to create different types of content and knowledge to generate publicity;
  • degree in Journalism, English and/or Marketing/Communications;
  • proficiency in English and another international language; Spanish is preferred;
  • excellent written communication skills; the job requires extensive knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • a minimum of 3 years in front-end development working with: HTML, JavaScript and CSS;
  • strong know-how regarding mobile vs. desktop implementation;
  • experience debugging unfamiliar code;
  • strong knowledge regarding loading times and optimizing interface responsiveness;
