Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in the following areas: Paid Advertising, Copywriting; SEO; User Experience;
  • the ability to find solutions and develop strategies in terms of cross-channel tracking and efficient attribution;
  • the ability to segment audiences based on funnel positioning and deliver messages tailored to the specific channels and niches;
  • the ability to extract relevant insights from customer interactions with the website and deliver improvement proposals based on relevant collected data;
  • Strong management and negotiation skills;
  • Both verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Previous experience in coordinating teams or projects is considered a plus.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience working in the IT field;
  • Previous experience in a Technical Team Lead role is an advantage;
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines;

This position is available remote (based on a freelancing contract) or at our Sibiu location (based on a labor contract).

What do we need from you?

  • 5+ years of experience in working with Java, Android SDK, different versions of Android, how to deal with different screen sizes;
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices;
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design;
  • Experience with outside data sources and APIs (Retrofit);
  • Experience with dependency injection libraries (Dagger, Butterknife);
  • Familiarity with Firebase monitoring tools and Google Play/app release process.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls regarding our services on www.tello.com;
  • Provide telephone, chat and email support to customers;
  • Assist customers with processing their online orders and troubleshooting problems;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues;
  • Verify customer account information;
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource;
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary;
  • Complete test calls for connection issues.
