Mobile App (iOS) Developer in Sibiu

We are looking for a Mobile App (iOS) Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our IT team to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should posses:

  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design.
  • Conceptual and innovative thinking, quality-oriented work;
  • Strong customer and service orientation, high level of initiative;
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English;
  • To be passionate about new technologies.
  • The ability to easily familiarize with a business software;
  • To have an “I can do it!” attitude and a heart of a team player.

Candidates will be advantaged if they have:

  • Knowledge of Xcode environment;
  • Knowledge of programming in Objective-C and/or Swift;
  • Experience with source code version control such as SVN
  • Knowledge using APIs;
  • VoIP communication basics.

Customer Support Specialist in Atlanta

KeepCalling has an excellent full-time position for a Customer Support Specialist, as part of our Tello team in Atlanta, Georgia. Tello is an exciting new mobile provider in the USA receiving rave reviews for its prices and customer support. Tello prides itself on quick and helpful support via phone and email, providing a level of expertise and efficiency that delights our customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to their needs, solicit feedback to improve service;
  • Ability to analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions;
  • Customer Service experience: 2 years;
  • Customer service experience in the telecom industry is considered a plus;
  • Fast and correct typing skills;
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn customer service software applications;
  • Telephone, chat and email etiquette skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls regarding our services on www.tello.com;
  • Provide telephone, chat and email support to customers;
  • Assist customers with processing their online orders and troubleshooting problems;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues;
  • Verify customer account information;
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource;
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary;
  • Complete test calls for connection issues.
