  • Previous experience with infrastructure development, software development, or development and operations
  • Experience with Linux infrastructure, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools, scripting (such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, bash), virtualization (kvm, xen, VMWare)
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols;
  • Familiarity with command-line tools and shell scripting;
  • Experience in using system and network monitoring tools;
  • Enthusiasm about learning new technologies;

  • Experience using MVC or other similar systems is an advantage.
  • Passion for Web Performance and SEO is an advantage;

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Android app development;
  • Knowledge of Android SDK environment;

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls regarding our services on;
  • Provide telephone, chat and email support to customers;
  • Assist customers with processing their online orders and troubleshooting problems;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues;
  • Verify customer account information;
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource;
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary;
  • Complete test calls for connection issues.
