Looking Back: A 2023 Recap
As a new year unfolds before us, we think about all the opportunities we’ll meet along the way, about the challenges that will make us stronger, and about the changes we’ll go through that will leave us bigger, better, and more experienced.
But we also think about the year that just passed, that started with the same questions and ended with the same conclusions. What did we do in 2023 that made us grow? What did we do that made us happy? Here is a short recap of the memories we collected in 2023.
January
We started 2023 on a high note, not just with a list of intentions and New Year’s Resolutions, but also with new job openings, looking for new great people to join our team.
February
February always means international conference time at KeepCalling. It’s that time of the year when all our offices “get together” in an online event that reveals our results for the past year and our goals for the new one.
March
In March, two of our most experienced KeepCallers took part in the great Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. This is a highly anticipated event every year because this is where the future of mobile technology is decided, through hundreds of presentations, debates, and product reveals.
April
April meant lots of workshops held by KeepCallers. KeepCalling and “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu have been partners for 9 years, offering workshops to Marketing students. Our online marketing specialists delivered social media, email, and blogging workshops for the students. We’re proud to shape the next generation of Marketing pros!
May
June
June is our anniversary month, when we celebrate yet another year of work, progress, and friendship. Last year, KeepCalling turned 21 and we marked this event with our traditional garden party. We toasted to growth and endless possibilities! 🥂
July
The Sibiu International Theatre Festival is one of the most important theatre festivals in the world, and the third biggest. We’re proud to be constant sponsors of this magnificent event, and 2023 was no exception. For the 30th edition of the festival, we were honored to award a star on the Sibiu Walk of Fame.
August
In August we celebrated KeepCallers and brought them into the spotlight. We launched the #LifeatKC social media post series, in which our colleagues talked about their everyday life at KeepCalling: the things they do, the things they like, the team, the learning, the achievements.
September
September always puts our building skills to the test, because every year we accept the challenge launched by Asociatia Acasa to take part in their charity event and help build a home for people in need. The KeepCallers that said yes in 2023 showed they are not only hardworking, but also compassionate to donate their time and efforts for this great cause.
October
October is Customer Service week and we celebrate it every year, both in our office in Romania, and in the one in Bolivia. CS Week means togetherness and appreciation for our amazing customer support team, as well as little gifts and delicious treats.
November
In November we hold our traditional KC Auction, that raises money for charity initiatives. It’s definitely one of our favorite charity events that we look forward to all year. 😀 We bid for items brought by our colleagues, so we have fun shopping and do good at the same time.
December
KC Christmas parties are always a blast! Live music, dancing, good food, and good company is what we call a good time, both in Sibiu and in Cochabamba.
