How do KeepCallers have fun at work?
Having some fun at work never hurt anyone. On the contrary, it bonds the team. It puts things into new perspective and encourages a healthy work environment, where people communicate and feel relaxed.
Not long ago, on the KeepCalling Team FB page, we had a contest for the company employees, related to Fun at Work Day. People were suppose to write in a comment their ideas of celebrating this day. Their answers were really funny and creative. We want to share a few with you, maybe they can be a source of inspiration for some fun activities at your workplace as well.
Cristina D: Since we’re cool, we work hard and like to party even harder, we could wear our favorite rock band t-shirt. Or dress rockish and party the day like the Rockstars that we are! Don’t forget about the smug sunglasses! 😎🎉
Mel L.: We should all come to the office dressed like our favourite superhero characters.
Vlad G: Wear a hat to work. Everybody will wear a hat, regardless if it is a cap, cowboy, traditional, fancy or made out of paper.
Claudia C: Q&A contests with random questions (music, culture, sports etc.)! Kinda like those on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”, but the questions only come when the office is dead silent so no one has any idea what’s going on at first 😀.
Chiito: Pijama and slippers day🤘🏼 we Should all go to work with our favourite pijamas and slippers to feel as comfortable as we feel on a Sunday morning .
Carla M: What about ‘GUESS the Candies’ we can have a jar full of chocolates and each agent gets to guess how many are inside. Whoever guesses wins the jar!!!Haha 🧡
Veronica G: Some games and raffle tickets would make a fun day at work!
Lazy Friday @ KeepCalling
The KC office in Sibiu actually put a “fun at work” idea into practice. Although we did something similar in the past, this year we upgraded the event. It was Lazy Friday – Slippers Edition.
KeepCallers could just come to work in their pj’s or their most comfortable outfit, plus the key feature, their slippers. KEY, because at the end of the day, the most original ones got a prize. The surprises began early in the morning, as the KC kitchen hosted a super-delicious breakfast (pancakes and toppings included). We also planned some after work surprises like watching a Stand-up Comedy Show and playing board games together.
Our LFC (Le Fun Committee) was “responsable” for bringing it all together and making this day fun, but, in the end, everyone contributed. And yes, they did dress up and wore those funny slippers all day long :).
