Celebrating excellence: Customer Service Week 2023
The week of October 2nd is highly anticipated by Customer Service representatives around the world because this is when everybody celebrates CS Week. From October 2nd to October 6th, this annual event promises a week filled with appreciation, engagement, and empowerment, all centered around the motto, “Excellence in Service: Every Customer, Every Time.”
To get an idea of the magnitude of this event, let’s just think about the stats: there are over 100,000 CS agents in 60 countries celebrating it. The official theme for this year is “Team Service”, a significant reminder that regardless of the location or job titles of frontline representatives, and irrespective of how they engage with customers, they are all part of a unified team.
CS Week takes place every year during the first week of October, when the world turns its attention to all the CS agents who answer questions and resolve issues every day, while being understanding and courteous at the same time. Working in Customer Service is not an easy task, that’s why this week we celebrate the people who choose this challenging, yet rewarding career.
CSW is also the perfect occasion to acknowledge the essential role that Customer Service plays for any successful business. At KeepCalling, we are very proud of our CS agents! Our team is made up of 57 amazingly patient, empathic, and professional people working in 3 countries on 3 different continents: Bolivia, Romania, and India, thus ensuring a 24/7 marathon of support for KeepCalling customers.
KeepCalling joined the CS Week celebration in 2011. Every year, we prepare treats both for our wonderful CS representatives and for our customers. Because Customer Service wouldn’t even exist without customers, we take this opportunity to also celebrate them.
