What Tello members appreciate the most about their job
At Tello, what truly defines the company is not only the services it provides, but the people who bring them to life every day. In conversations with employees, a clear picture emerged: Tello is a workplace built on collaboration, support, and opportunities to grow.
From the friendly atmosphere in the office to the enriching diversity of tasks, team members consistently highlight how these elements make their work meaningful. We asked some of our colleagues what they appreciate the most about their job and this is what they had to say.

I like working here because it’s never boring. Every day is so different, even the schedule. Today I can start at 9 and tomorrow at 4 pm and I have the whole day for me and the people, of course, they are so cool and nice. And the food!

We’re constantly collaborating and helping each other out. This makes the busy days manageable. I also love the environment and how everyone is so supportive.

What I love the most about this company, this work environment, is that it’s such a friendly environment here. We like to help our customers daily, there’s always some coworker that is willing to help you with everything that you will need.

The things I mostly enjoy about being a part of this team is the diverse group of people that we have and it’s always the new people that bring more things to the table, so you learn something every day.

Something that I really enjoy about working here is the work environment. I think that everyone is super nice and they’re always willing to help and that is something very good when you are new. I also made really good friends here, so that’s something that I look forward to coming to every day.

It gave me the chance of knowing a lot of new people, who by now have become some of my closest friends and they just make my day a little brighter.

One of the things that I like the most about working here is definitely the team environment. You can feel that sense of collaboration within everyone, whether it’s jumping to solve a problem or just sharing knowledge, you can feel their willingness to help and collaborate with each other.
