Sant Egidio Social Center

Listed among the charity actions of December 2012, the donation awarded to Sant Egidio Social Center in Cochabamba was made by KeepCalling in support of two Christmas lunch-events for 150 children, their families and homeless people. The charity funds were the result of the joint efforts between KeepCalling employees and the company itself.

Sant Egidio shelter is a daycare center dedicated to the social integration of people with disabilities. KeepCalling’s participation in this charity call is part of a series of CSR events dedicated to the material support of children with special needs.

KeepCalling’s Christmas meals organized by the Sant Egidio shelter in Cochabamba consisted of two lunch-events. The first one was organized for young children only and took place on Sunday December 23, 2012. It was a total success. 150 boys and girls from the South area of Cochabamba had the chance to have a warm meal together.

The second lunch took place on December 25, 2012, and it was open for everybody, the priority being homeless people.

The action lined up with the social responsibility principle in KeepCalling, and complements a series of actions dedicated to social support in local communities for better living conditions.
