Front Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant who will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our new & modern office space in Cochabamba. You would provide a warm welcome to all guests on their arrival and assist them in a courteous, helpful manner. The role also includes Administrative responsibilities, being part of the Operations department.

This position is ONLY available at our Cochabamba location. Please do not apply if you are not able to relocate to Cochabamba.

Here’s what you’ll bring to thе table:

  • Completion of a University degree.
  • English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish or French, language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Office Systems Software.
  • Great typing skills.
  • Positive person, dynamic, and self-driven.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Good team player, collaborates with others, and learns from them.

If you’re up for the challenge, you’d bе:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and guiding them to the right person or department.
  • Compiling monthly reports for the company and distributing them internally. 
  • Assisting in monitoring the use of supplies and equipment and in maintaining an adequate inventory.
  • Assisting Administration with reports, paperwork, research, and identifying the best offers for purchasing goods and services for the company.
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and other events like company anniversaries & parties.
  • Driving continuous innovation, best practices, and recommendations to enhance results.
  • Meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
  • Meeting the standards of the company’s image and brands.
