3D secure – an additional layer of security on all KeepCalling websites
Security of online transactions has always been a major concern for KeepCalling. This is why early April, the company implemented 3D secure on all KeepCalling websites, an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. This new system reinforces the existing security filters, making the authentication process for online payments even more secure.
Technically, 3D Secure is a security standard designed to protect online card transactions, enabling cardholders to authenticate themselves to their issuer through the use of a unique personal code or password. This solution provides additional protection against fraudulent charges and chargebacks for online transactions. 3D Secure applies only to NON US issued MasterCard and Visa cards which have already been enrolled for 3D Secure. For VISA customers, the security check will appear as “Verified by VISA”, whereas Mastercard customers will see the message “MasterCard SecureCode”.
KeepCalling websites are well known for their 100% transaction security and satisfaction. Their services offer an easy, fast, and reliable solution to all those traveling or living abroad, willing to stay connected to their friends or family back home. All major payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
