If you’re up for the challenge, you’d bе:

  • Providing 2nd level technical support for our in-house products mainly Tello which offers mobile service products.
  • Providing 2nd level technical support for our KeepCalling products which offer international calls and top-ups.
  • Ensuring 2nd level technical support by collaborating with our Customer Support agents in order to satisfy customer’s needs using a ticketing system.
  • Offering support in solving problems that can occur in production applications (including security risks and bugs).
  • Assisting with data reporting, dealing with large databases and web-oriented applications.
  • Troubleshooting and testing our web and mobile applications.
  • Monitoring system and network health, minimising downtime, mitigating security risks.
  • Providing desk support for employees assigned hardware and software.
