Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Business or related field;
- Must have 4+ years of experience in financial analysis;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis;
- Experienced in SQL, Tableau and Power BI tools;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in English;
- Ability to communicate data insight to stakeholders;
- Ability to take initiative and show proactiveness in achieving goals;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- High degree of perseverance, focus and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and interpret complex financial information to provide actionable insights and recommendations;
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from forecasts and budgets;
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions;
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other duties as needed and/or assigned to support business needs;
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives;
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management;
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
