Customer Support Assistant US

Tello has an excellent full-time position as a Customer Support Assistant, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tello is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator that launched in 2016 operating on T-Mobile’s network, with the highest rating on TrustPilot given by our customers, among all MVNOs registered in the US.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma is required; an Associate Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Passion for helping people and going the extra mile for customers;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a high level of curiosity and initiative;
  • Knowledge of high level customer service principles and practices;
  • Great work ethic, highly conscientious with excellent attention to detail;
  • A motivation to improve themselves and the customer experience;
  • Ability to work with colleagues of all nationalities & backgrounds;
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to their needs, solicit feedback to improve service;
  • Telephone, chat and email etiquette skills along with fast and correct typing skills;
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn customer service software applications;
  • +2 years of experience working in Customer Support or Telecom field would be a plus;
  • On site presence to perform the above mentioned duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email & chat;
  • Troubleshooting customer technical and account problems;
  • Provide complete, detailed & accurate information to potential customers;
  • Assist customers with navigating our website and making online purchases;
  • Investigate, research & provide prompt solutions;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues;
  • Verify customer account information to maintain account security;
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary;
  • Handle important data entry for ticket escalations.
