The ideal candidate should have:
- Fluent Spoken English (Advanced Spoken English Required).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Passion for helping people and going the extra mile for customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of high level customer service principles and practices.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
- Great work ethic, be conscientious with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations with professionalism.
- A motivation to improve themselves and the customer experience.
- Ability to work with colleagues of all nationalities & backgrounds.
- A bright & curious mind full of great ideas and brilliant suggestions.
- Previous experience with a Telecom company is an advantage.
- Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts (no overnight shifts).
- Handles inbound calls about customers’ inquiries.
- Provides support to customers via phone, email & chat.
- Troubleshoots problems.
- Assists customers with navigating our websites.
- Investigates, researches & provides prompt solutions.
- Identifies and escalates priority issues.
- Follows up customer calls & feedback.
- Handles important data entry and administrative duties.
